The night was draped in a velvet darkness, pierced only by the headlights of a sleek black sedan speeding down the deserted road.
Inside, the notorious mafia prince , Revansh , sat in brooding silence, his thoughts as enigmatic as the shadows that played across his sharp features. His trusted bodyguard, Yash, gripped the steering wheel with practiced ease, the engine's low growl a testament to the car's latent power.
Suddenly, a figure emerged from the gloom, a woman, her eyes wide with terror as she stumbled into the path of the oncoming vehicle. Yash's reflexes snapped into action, but it was too late—
the car had hit her with a sickening thud, and she crumpled to the ground, unconscious.
Yash swore under his breath and exited the car, his heart racing.
He glanced back at Revansh , who had not moved an inch, and called out,
Yash : Boss, what do we do with her?
For a moment, the raven haired man's gaze remained fixed on the rearview mirror, his expression unreadable. Then, with a dismissive wave of his hand, he said,
Revansh : Ignore her. We have a party to attend.
But as Yash bent down to check the woman's pulse, recognition dawned on him.
Yash : Boss !
he said, urgency lacing his voice,
Yash : this girl... she's the daughter of your enemy , Chaudhari family.
At that, Revansh's eyes narrowed . Chaudhari family , meant mafia clan of Suryagarh which was obvious far away from Kesarabad.
Revansh : And how do you sure of it ? isn't Chaudhari family resides in , Suryagarh ?
Yash : but I'm saying truth Boss , see . it's Chaudhari's daughter.
Looking at his boss's direction Yash murmured.
Yoongi : I have seen her attending meetings with her father.
Revansh : let's see then,
he stepped out of the car, the night air swirling around him like a cloak. He approached the woman, his gaze first shocked then unknowingly softened ever so slightly as he took in her features.
Revansh : So fate has thrown us together 𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑛, Miss Advika Chaudhari.
He murmured, more to himself than to Yash. He looked at ger unconscious, injured state more than needed. His face morphed into something unexplainable.
Yash watched his boss carefully, knowing the wheels in Revansh mind were turning.he ventured.
Yash : what Should we do with her ? take her with us ?
Revansh considered this, the silence stretching between them.
Finally, he nodded.
Revansh : Yes. She could be valuable.
Revansh : But first, we ensure she's unharmed. after all d€@d man has no value.
With a new plan forming, Revansh gave a signal, and Yash gently lifted the woman into their car. As they drove off into the night, the city's lights flickered in the distance, unaware of the beginning of a drama that had just unfolded in its shadow.
The night air was thick with tension as Yoongi drove through the neon-lit streets, the car's interior silent except for the soft breathing of the unconscious woman in the backseat.
Revansh's gaze was fixed on her, his mind racing with the implications of her identity—AdvikaChaudhari , the mafia princess from the 2nd biggest city in India .
At Rajasthan National Private Hospital
Upon reaching the hospital, Yash and Revansh moved with swift precision. Yash carried unconscious Advika into the emergency room, laying her down gently on a stretcher as nurses rushed to her side.
Revansh stood back, his presence commanding yet unobtrusive, as the medical team swarmed around her.
The doctor,Mr. Jha , a man with years of experience etched into his weary face, examined Advika with a practiced eye. He checked her vitals, assessed the wound on her head.
and took note of the abrasions on her knees , the swelling of her left hand and the wound near her eyebrow . After stabilizing her condition, he approached Revansh and Yash, who were waiting in the sterile hallway.
Dr. Jha began, his voice steady,
Dr. Jha : the patient will need a few hours to regain consciousness. She has sustained a wound on her head, which we've treated. Her knees and left hand are also injured, but there's no permanent damage. We'll keep her under observation.
Revansh nodded, his expression unreadable.
Revansh : Ensure she receives the best care,
he then said, his voice low but firm.
Revansh : she's important.
The doctor gave a curt nod, understanding the gravity of the situation.
Dr. Jha : Of course. We'll update you on her condition, Mr. Rathore
As the doctor walked away, Yash turned to Revansh .
Yash : What's our next move, boss?
The raven haired man's eyes were cold as he replied,
Revansh : We wait. And when she wakes, we'll have a lot to discuss.
With that, they settled into their car and headed towards the party they were going .
Sometimes later
Revansh stepped into the opulent ballroom, the glow of crystal chandeliers illuminating the thrumming energy of the gathering. The laughter and chatter of businessmen and their glamorous partners filled the air, mingling with the rich aroma of expensive whiskey and the faint notes of a live band playing in the corner. He moved with an effortless confidence, his tailored suit hugging his frame perfectly, the kind of presence that commanded attention without uttering a word.
His bodyguard, Yash, trailed closely behind, scanning the crowd with an intensity that matched Revansh's own. Despite the lavish surroundings, Revansh's mind was a tempest of unease. The invitation to this exclusive soirée seemed to had come at an interesting time . Or should It it said Advika choose to come to his city, that to during night , all alone perhaps , at interesting occasion.
As expected, women flocked to him like moths to a flame. He was the notorious Casanova, a title that seemed to precede him. Flirtatious smiles and lingering glances were tossed his way . He had a reputation to bring woman from a party like this to his bed .
But tonight Revansh remained stoic, lifting his glass of whiskey to his lips only to take a slow, measured sip. He could feel the heat of their gazes, the whispers of admiration, but none of it penetrated his thoughts tonight . All he could think about was Advika— why was she here tonight ?
“Mr. Rathore ”
a sultry voice broke through his reverie. A woman with cascading waves of golden hair approached, her confidence unmistakable. Revansh recognized her . She was the daughter of the wealthy businessesman , who had thrown the party tonight. Unless who would’ve dared to come near him .
Revansh in thoughts : That explains her confidence
Woman : You’re looking exceptionally dashing tonight. Care to share a dance?
He offered her a polite smile but shook his head.
Revansh : Not tonight. I’m.... preoccupied.
Her expression shifted from flirtation to mild confusion . This was not what she heard from her rich friends. Revansh wasn't supposed to reject her . Atleast not for dance . But before she could press further, Yash stepped in.
Yash : Excuse us,
he said, his tone firm yet respectful. The woman stepped back, casting Revansh one last lingering look before merging back into the crowd.
Revansh’s gaze drifted across the room, searching for a glimpse of anything interesting , anything that could tether him back to the reality of the night. Instead, his thoughts continued to spiral around Advika. Why was she so close to his territory? Did she have plans to retaliate? The accident had stirred up far more than just physical injury—if yes , then it had awakened a war that she sure had not been prepared to fight.
Yash : Boss,
Yash interrupted, pulling him back to the present.
Yash : We should mingle, or at least make an appearance. They’re expecting you.
Revansh nodded , allowing himself to be guided deeper into the throng of guests. The atmosphere was electric, filled with conversations about business deals, investments, and whispers of future collaborations. He nodded at a few familiar faces but despite trying to enjoy tonight, as per his previous plans, it was totally opposite. He was far from enjoying himself tonight.
He then paused to take another sip of whiskey, whirling his eyes around , only to stuck at certain someone. His brows knitted together.
Revansh in thoughts : what's he doing here ?
